CNR Datong Electric Locomotive Co. Ltd and SEMCO India Pvt. Ltd formed Joint Venture for manufacturing & supply of Railway Wheel & Axles and Railway rolling stock. Presently company can supply around 30,000 Wheel Sets annually. Company is likely to pass AAR Certification by April 2012.
